Purpose and access
Automated Email is a personal Windows utility maintained by Henry Schade. It is not offered here as a public hosted service, and this website does not provide account registration or subscriptions. Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to operate.
Configured actions
The current workflow checks selected Gmail messages, attempts No-IP hostname confirmation, and updates message read status and labels according to its configuration. Account authorization and configuration are controlled by the owner. The utility does not purchase services or send email.
Operational limitations
Automation depends on the PC, network access, valid Google authorization, and the behavior of third-party websites. CAPTCHA challenges, website changes, or service failures may prevent completion. A scheduled run is not a guarantee that a hostname was renewed. The owner should review task outcomes and retain a manual recovery option.
Third-party services and privacy
Google, No-IP, and other services retain their own terms and policies. Automated Email is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or No-IP. Its data practices are described in the privacy policy.
Stopping use
The owner may disable or remove the scheduled task and revoke Google access at any time. Removing access does not automatically delete existing local configuration or processing history.
